Description: With a high emphasis on safety, respect, and self-discipline, this studio class will give children the opportunity to use dynamic skills and drills. The exciting curriculum is set to an upbeat hip-hop beat that strengthens and conditions the body. Kickboxing is a great way to get a total body workout while learning simple self-defense moves that empower the individual to stand their ground and protect their space without invading others' space. Christine Daisy Han, our upper elementary teacher, has over 3 years of experience with personal training and group fitness, certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the American Council on Exercise. She is incredibly passionate about health and self-empowerment, encouraging children to embrace their energy and have fun moving their bodies!
